To the client who intends to undertake a cause of separation, divorce or modification of the conditions of separation and divorce (also by resorting to assisted negotiation pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 132/2014), the Firm proposes the most appropriate solutions for managing family relationships ( spouses and offspring) and the economic and patrimonial aspects connected to the family unit.

The activity also includes consultancy on civil unions as well as the preparation of cohabitation contracts, aimed at regulating the property relations between cohabitants, in light of the changes recently introduced with Law no. 76/2016 (Cirinnà Law).
