Survey on professional careers and female employment in Italy and in Europe "born from the partnership between the National IBNO DLT / Blockchain Observatory of which the Federico II University of Naples is promoting through the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions ( DEMI), and the international Blockchain Ladies community.

Women X Impact, the international event dedicated to female leadership
On November 19, 2021, Avv. Laura Cappello was speaker of WomenX Impact , the most anticipated international event of the year dedicated to female leadership, conceived by Eleonora Rocca .
The event, divided into several days, is a unique journey into the sectors of entrepreneurship, innovation and digital transformation, all in a female key, where women from all over the world with extraordinary experiences will participate.

20 September 2021 - Avv. Laura Cappello participated in the European Blockchain Week 2021 as speaker and member of INATBA - International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications
In the panel on EU Blockchain Ecosystem moderated by Nena Dokuzov , it was discussed how many European countries are applying the blockchain.
The theme of the intervention is the “Ischia Digital and Green ecosystem” project which he coordinates together with a pool of experts, will make the island sustainable, innovative and inclusive and will help relaunch the economy.
